Leverage Technologies was founded by Ross Crumpton, the owner of a site-development contracting company. Not a consultant who studied the problem — an operator who lived it: the nine-day quote, the pay-app grind, the change order that never got documented, the invoice chased at 11pm because no one else was going to.

Running a real business taught us the thing the software industry keeps missing: owners don't want software. They want the work done. Every tool that asks your staff to learn another login makes the problem worse, not better. So Leverage builds systems that do the office work themselves — and bring a human the judgment calls, with the full picture attached.

We started in construction because that's where we're peers — where the referral network knows us and the pain is our own Tuesday. The playbook is built to travel: distributors, field services, professional firms, one vertical at a time, each entered with the credibility already in hand.
